Engr. Afolabi Oyedeji Oladele(Chairman – D-Well Engineering Nigeria Limited)

Engr. Afolabi Oladele holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering (University of Ife, 1974), Certificate in Petroleum Economics from French Petroleum Institute (IFP, 1976) as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Energy Modeling and Large Scale Planning Systems from University of Southern California (1986) amongst many other professional certificates.

Presently he is a partner of African Capital Alliance (Capital Alliance Nigeria) and serves on the boards of many companies.
He has over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. He retired as Group Executive Director, Refining & Petrochemicals from Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in June, 1999.
Engr. Oladele is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers. He is also a member of the Boston Based American Institute of Management.
Dr. Edmund Olu Ayoola (CEO – D-Well Engineering Nigeria Limited)

Dr. Edmund Olu Ayoola holds an M.Sc Petroleum Geology degree and a PhD (1978) from Imperial College and University College, London respectively.

Dr. Ayoola served for 35 years in the employment of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and retired as Group Executive Director, Exploration and Production. He was in charge of the supervision and management of government’s investments in direct upstream activities of NNPC.

He was the Managing Director of the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited which recorded the fastest field production in the world in 2001 under his management (Okono field in OML 119).

Dr. Ayoola is a fellow of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society and Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists as well as a member of AAPC, COMEG.

He is currently a consultant to the World Bank on Gas Flare Reduction in Nigeria and a number of oil and gas operating companies.
